Panakeia was purposefully designed to facilitate an al fresco lifestyle. Completely refitted in 2018, this 45m motor yacht offers charter guests the ultimate superyacht vacation experience.

Panakeia delights all who step aboard, with her luxurious exterior lounge areas impossible to resist. With abundant deck space and exceptional interior volume, she boasts many features usually only found on larger vessels. Highlights include a spacious sundeck with an elevated Jacuzzi surrounded by large sunpads and sunbathing areas, a dedicated beach club and an innovative indoor-outdoor dining area.

With a contemporary interior design by the Italian designer, Cristiano Gatto, Panakeia is executed with careful attention to detail, to create a feeling of exquisite luxury.

There is accommodation for up to ten guests across five chic cabins. The full-beam master suite on the main deck features a sauna and Hammam. An elevator runs from her lower deck, where the guest cabins are located, through to the bridge deck allowing guests to access all of the yacht’s communal areas with ease. The sky lounge is especially well-suited for socializing and entertaining, featuring a sophisticated bar, home-cinema style set-up and a formal dining area that can be also al fresco by opening the curved sliding doors, providing plenty of natural light.

A modern remedy for modern life, PANAKEIA is a 45.5-metre superyacht built by Astondoa with interior design by Cristiano Gatto. Having recently undergone a comprehensive refit, she now boasts a fresh beach club.

​With a range of 4,000 nautical miles, she’s designed with long-distance cruising in mind. Expansive decks, generous interior spaces, and flowing layouts make her perfect for both social gatherings and quiet contemplation.

​The sun deck features a Jacuzzi and bar, while the beach club below provides direct access to the water and a lounge for sunbathing or unwinding after water sports. A wide selection of toys—including jet skis, sea scooters, e-foils, and scuba equipment—ensures both adventure and fun.

​Dining can be enjoyed alfresco on the main deck aft, in the saloon, or in the circular bridge dining area, where glass doors bring the outside in, connecting interiors and exteriors seamlessly.

​Accommodation for up to 11 guests includes five cabins, including a full-beam master suite, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite with a statement bathtub.

​PANAKEIA is crewed by ten, many from Thailand, where she often cruises. Their hospitality and attention to detail is well known, making each charter feel like a home away from home. With dual Starlink connections, she offers reliable connectivity while allowing guests the chance to unwind completely. She cruises comfortably at 12 knots, with a top speed of 16.
